Timm is an Emmy award winning creative with a decade of executive experience in marketing, production and creative services, and has a remarkable resume of solving complex business problems.

Timm is also an idiot savant in the social media world. With a track record of making unnecessary yet inspiring content that started in earnest in 2020, Timm has found himself in the odd world of being TikTok famous in present day. With over 1,000,000 followers across all platforms, he has haphazardly yet genuinely invigorated his follower's perspective on life in a style that is distinctly his own.

'Timm has handed us the keys for connecting with the world around us in a deeper, more meaningful way.' - Lewis Howes, New York Times bestselling author of The Greatness Mindset

A life-changing guide to noticing the small stuff, finding wonder in the simplest things, and getting more out of everyday life, from social media phenomenon Timm Chiusano.

In How to Get Addicted to Appreciation, Chiusano shares a simple but transformative idea: that appreciation is not just a feeling, but a habit you can build. When practised consistently, it sharpens your attention, lifts your energy, and changes how you experience both work and life. Through a blend of personal stories and practical exercises, he shows how small, deliberate shifts in perspective can compound into greater clarity, motivation and enjoyment.

Timm lives his days to the fullest and helps millions of people by bringing energy, clarity and intention to the ordinary rhythms of daily life. Whether he is leaping out of bed, arriving at his corporate job in a suit and colourful sneakers, or enjoying snack hour with his daughter, he treats each moment as something worth savouring.

At a time when so much feels outside our control, this book offers a grounded, practical way to reconnect with what is already good, present and available. The result is a more focused, purposeful and rewarding way of living which will help you discover the joy, surprises, and wonders of everyday life.
