She earned a Gold Medal for her master's degree in Economics with dual specializations and holds an MBA in HR with additional specializations in Economics and Law. Dr. Goel has a Ph.D. in Management, focusing on Diversity Management and Technology. Her significant projects, including E-Shiksha, Women Empowerment, and Inclusive Banking, have been recognized by New Zealand's Ministry of Finance. She has authored over 20 books published by leading academic presses and has numerous papers in UGC, SCOPUS, and ABDC journals. Dr. Goel is also the lead editor for several Scopus-indexed journals and serves as an associate editor for the Journal of Sustainable Finance. Her research interests include Women Empowerment, Responsible Management, Sustainable Economies, SDGs, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship.
