He has made in-depth studies in the fields of integrated basin planning, flood control planning, water resources planning, flood control system dispatching, etc. He has published more than 50 papers and 3 books. Qiang Zou is working at Changjiang Institute of Survey, Planning, Design and Research. His main areas of interest are river basin flood resources utilization, joint operation of cascade reservoirs and flood risk analysis.
