Seungbae Park received his Ph.D. from the University of Arizona in 2001, specializing in philosophy of science under the guidance of Professor Richard Healey. He taught at the University of Arizona, the University of Maryland, and Pohang University of Science and Technology before coming to his current institution, Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology, in 2009. He has published a book, Embracing Scientific Realism , in Synthese Library and papers in journals including Synthese , Inquiry , Studies in History and Philosophy of Science , and Social Epistemology . He has served as an anonymous referee for Journal of Philosophy , Philosophy of Science , the British Journal for the Philosophy of Science , Social Epistemology , Synthese Library , and Cambridge Elements .
