Sean Michael Rigg (born 1 October 1988) is an English footballer who plays for League Two side Port Vale. He can play on the wing or as a striker. His career began at Bristol Rovers, but after six years at the club as a youth and then professional player he moved on to Port Vale in 2010. Rigg joined the Bristol Rovers-backed Bristol Academy of Sport at Filton College in 2004, and earned his first professional contract in the summer of 2006. He made his league debut on 19 August 2006, coming on as a substitute in the second half against Milton Keynes Dons. The next month he signed a new deal to keep him at Rovers until summer 2008.
