This research monograph is on primarily on Information Technology/System (IT/S), Analytics and IoT and on tools such as VTs (virtual teams), ESMs (Enterprise Social Media), Organizations related topics such as innovation, advanced mfg, and personality areas. These topics are viewed from the lens of management. We raise important research issues in this short volume; and hope that management community will address these issues in their future research. Every effort was made to ensure that we are contributing to knowledge. I do hope that bulk of propositions/hypotheses presented in this book will verifiable in the real world (as these are based on intuitive reasoning that is based on theory. Prof. Sharma has had 30 years of career to date. He is currently Professor at the Dept of IME IIT Kanpur, INDIA. To date he has written over 195 papers in international/national journals and two books. He is HAG scale Full Professor and has been Sanjay Mittal Chair Professor at IIT KANPUR.
