Roberto Andrade has a robust background in IT infrastructure management and design, blending his technical expertise with leadership and teaching to make significant contributions in both academia and the public sector. He has served as Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Technology Officer at the National Polytechnic School, where he has led strategic technological initiatives. In addition, he held roles as Chief Information Security Officer and Head of IT Infrastructure at the Ministry of Education. His career also includes key IT positions at the National Secretary of Planning and Development. His deep technical knowledge is further evidenced by his role as a Cisco CCNA, CCNP, and CCNA Security Instructor since 2008, demonstrating his commitment to both technological advancement and education.

Carlos Ayala Tipán is a passionate researcher specializing in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Recommender Systems, with a strong focus on innovation and technological advancement. Based in Quito, Ecuador, he currently serves as a Technical Research Assistant at the Escuela Politécnica Nacional (EPN) and is affiliated with the Alan Turing Research Laboratory on Artificial Intelligence and Vision. With a background in web and mobile development, information security, and data management, Carlos is committed to exploring cutting-edge technologies and their applications in solving complex problems.
