Gustavo A. Heresi, MD, MS is Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University, as well as the Director of the Pulmonary Vascular and CTEPH Program at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.

Michael G. Risbano, MD, MA is Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
