A meditation practitioner since 1973, she brings a transpersonal orientation to her teaching and clinical work. Dr. Parnell also incorporates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR), her protocol variation focused on individual attachment style.
