Great People, Great Country, Nigeria the Beautiful

Klappentext East or West, home is the best. Nigeria, with the greatest concentration of black people on earth, is the best. In 2006, International Social Scientists rated Nigeria as the happiest nation worldwide. The Nigerian rebranding campaign which was launched by Professor Dora Akunliyi, Minister of Information and Communications on March 17, 2009 was fantastic and unprecedented. Abundantly blessed with oil, gas, bitumen, and iron ore, Nigeria is beloved within the international community for being among seven of the world's largest producers of gas and oil. Academically and professionally, Nigerians are outstanding globally. Unprecedented influxes of Asian, European, and American investments envision Nigeria becoming an economic power by 2020. Nigeria is beautified by the Atlantic Ocean and the Rivers Niger and Benue, Olumo Rock, Forest Reserves, Lake Chad, Zoos, Lagos Marina Beach and Tinapa Holiday Resort, ranked among the best worldwide. As an African peace and power broker, Nigeria made militants free hostages: Americans, British, Italians, and Japanese, resolved Nigerian/Cameroonian Bakassi disputes diplomatically, and then changed three decades of brutal dictatorship to American-like democratic governance. Great People, Great Country, Nigeria the Beautiful paints a very powerful portrait of this beautiful and proud African nation.
