The monograph is an independent comprehensive study of the legal status of members of the Parliaments of Belarus and Poland. For the first time in Belarus and Poland, in a comparative aspect, a systematic analysis of the legal status of these persons was carried out, the most important theoretical and legal provisions were developed regarding the concept, essence, structure and distinctive features of the category "legal status of members of the Parliaments of Belarus and Poland," practical recommendations were developed to improve the legislation of Belarus and Poland in this area, and measures were proposed aimed at improving the effectiveness of the activities of these representatives.
