Picking up an important yet a debatable topic from both a surgeon and a patient's perspective, can you avoid surgery for low backache? How to make the proper decision regarding management? What options can we explore and offer to our patients if we do not opt for surgery? In this book we have shared results on conservative versus surgical treatment based on our own study. We have tried to elaborate all things related with low backache as well as summarizing all available possible options for low backache along with their pros and cons. We are glad to share our knowledge with you and we have tried our best to explain and give an appropriate management plan based on our study and with all available literature.
