Today''s challenges can''t be solved by individuals alone- only by working together can we hope to make sense of the world. But simply bringing people together is no guarantee of success. Too often, so-called teams are just groups of individuals who come together in too many aimless meetings. Using the author''s High Performing Teams Framework, Are You a Team or a Meeting? shows team leaders and members alike how to create teams with the right people and a clear sense of purpose; focus on what the team is really there to do; set the stage for healthy challenge and open communication - and create the systems, habits and behaviours that help teams to win.
