Dr. Muammer Kaya is a Full Professor at Eskisehir Osmangazi University in Turkey. He received his B.Eng. from Mining Engineering at Anadolu University, Turkey and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Mineral Processing from McGill University, Canada.
