Corn is the main source of producing ethanol in some countries and is expected that corn prices will increase significantly.At the same time, soybean meal prices have also risen sharply because the increase soybean oil demand for biodiesel production.Poor people around the world will suffer as corn and soybean based products like poultry diets become more expensive. Ingredients with high content of fiber could be an economical and good source of protein and energy in many tropical countries.Poultry suffer from diets contain high fiber content, so we must search about new methods which affect fiber matrix to release the nutrients from the diet. This book is intended for future methods of the utilization diets contain high fiber content and provide the effect of these methods on broiler performance.
