To carry out any construction activity, there has to be a proper eye-hand coordination. This, according to research is mostly affected by organizational stress leading to accidents on the construction site. Several antecedents were chosen by the author to investigate how these stress factors, first of all, contribute to the occurrence of stress, and their individual effect on causing accidents on construction sites. The book is going to help industry professionals identify which stressors affect them most in their work and also identify the accidents likely to happen on their sites. This will help to plan ahead and incorporate safety measures that will be required to prevent those accidents. This book will as well assist in the research work of academicians and students considering the scope and approach used in the study.
