Through the effects of hedonic adaptation the luxury of today becomes the standard of tomorrow. People get used to nice things very quickly and loose the ability to truly be happy. The daily reflection on your happiness has the power to reawaken your joy instantaneously.
All cognitive processes that occur in your mind without you even noticing cost you an ever-increasing cognitive tax and dangerously blur the clarity of your vision. Downloading your thoughts moves these processes from mind to paper, creating space for your most meaningful work and your most important goals.
