Markus Kreutzer ist Professor für Strategisches und Internationales Management an der EBS Universität in Deutschland. An der Universität St. Gallen hat er promoviert und habilitiert. Seine Forschung und Lehre konzentriert sich auf interorganisationale Strategieentwicklung (einschließlich Ökosysteme), nachhaltiges organisatorisches Wachstum, Organisationskontrolle, strategische Erneuerung und Wandel sowie Innovation von Geschäftsmodellen. Von 2017 bis 2019 war Prof. Kreutzer Dekan der EBS Business School. Erwin Hettich ist selbständiger Berater, Gründer und Dozent an unterschiedlichen Institutionen. Zuvor war er Professor am Institut für Management und Strategie der Universität St. Gallen. Dort hat er das Strategy Lab - einen Thinktank zur Entwicklung neuer Strategieansätze - aufgebaut und geleitet. Er promovierte an der Universität St. Gallen und der Harvard Business School (USA). Im Laufe seiner Karriere hatte Prof. Hettich Führungspositionen in verschiedenen Branchen inne, mit Fokus auf Strategie, Unternehmensgründung und Aufbau von Ökosystemen. Seine aktuelle Forschung untersucht die Auswirkungen von maschineller Intelligenz auf das strategische Management. Zudem berät er Start-ups und etablierte Unternehmen in Strategie und Geschäftsentwicklung. Pia Kerstin Neudert ist Senior-Projektleiterin im Group Sustainability Management der Commerzbank AG. Zuvor war sie als Projektleiterin bei Commerz Business Consulting und externe Dozentin für Managementstudien an der EBS Universität tätig. Dr. Neudert promovierte 2022 an der EBS Universität. Ihre Forschung konzentriert sich auf Ökosysteme, insbesondere auf die Interaktion zwischen Start-ups und etablierten Unternehmen sowie auf den Aufbau von Ökosystemen. Vor ihrer Promotion hatte Dr. Neudert verschiedene Positionen im kaufmännischen Bereich der Lufthansa Group inne, unter anderem als Senior Manager Joint Venture & Partner Sales, EMEA.
