Ashish Virk is a distinguished academician and legal scholar renowned for her expertise in Jurisprudence, Human Rights, and Constitutional Law. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she has contributed significantly to legal education at various institutions, including Panjab University Regional Centre, Ludhiana. As a prolific researcher, Prof. Virk has authored two books, contributed chapters to course work, published 45 papers in international and national journals, six chapters in books, and five online publications law magazine bulletins. She has presented 55 papers at conferences including session chaired and paper presenting at Cambridge University, United Kingdom. She has also delivered 25 invited lectures, chaired and judged nine sessions and events, and participated in numerous radio talks on various legal topics.
