She earned her Doctorate in Solid State Physics from the University of Ibn Zohr, Agadir, Morocco, where she conducted research on the structural, magnetic, and electrical properties of high-critical-temperature superconductors. Dr. Khallouq has also earned a Master's degree both in Material Engineering, Energy and Environment, and in Liquid and Solid Waste Management, Treatment, and Valorization.
