A 15+ year corporate career with Mars and PepsiCo gave Julie first-hand experience of what it takes to succeed in a demanding, fast-paced organization. In 2010 Julie founded Talent Sprout, a highly respected leadership consultancy. Since then, she has coached hundreds of executives and leadership teams internationally, working with L'Oreal, Mulberry, Unilever, Expedia, HSBC and more.
