Then a professional surfer washes up dead on the beach.

Everyone assumes the accident was caused by the dangerous surf conditions. But the more Pope, Kiara, John B, and JJ investigate, the more convinced they become that something doesn't add up. As questions pile up and secrets begin to surface, the Pogues find themselves caught in a mystery that reaches far beyond the competition.
