A specialist in Eastern Europe, Jacques Baud was a member of the Swiss strategic intelligence service and head of the United Nations peacekeeping operations doctrine. Within NATO, he took part in programs in Ukraine, notably after the Maïdan revolution between 2014 and 2017.
