Turkhan Ali Abdul Manap is a Senior Economist at the Islamic Development Bank Institute. His work covers Islamic capital markets, macroeconomic policy, financial stability, development finance, sukuk market development, and regulatory strengthening across member countries.

Hylmun Izhar is a Senior Economist at the Islamic Development Bank Institute with more than two decades of international experience in Islamic finance, policy design, and institutional development. He has contributed to governance frameworks for zakat and waqf and researches Islamic banking regulation, social finance, and sustainable development.

Admir Meskovic is Assistant Professor of Finance at the International University of Sarajevo and Manager of the Center for Islamic Finance, Innovation and Sustainability. His research focuses on Islamic finance, ESG integration, fintech, AI in finance and sustainable development, combining academic scholarship, industry engagement, and editorial work.

Sejma Aydin is Associate Professor of Finance, Graduate Program Coordinator, and Vice Dean at the International University of Sarajevo.
