He has over 20 years of experience in both academic and industrial sectors and has held positions like CTO, CEO, and R&D Manager in various international companies across Cyprus, the UK, Malta, Malaysia, and Canada. He has been involved in several important breakthroughs in IT and industrial projects and contributing to developments in diverse industries such as transportation, laboratories, hospitals, information technology, and oil and gas. In addition to his extensive industry background, Dr. Taherdoost boasts numerous outstanding achievements in academia, including multiple best paper awards and recognition as an outstanding editor and reviewer. He has shared his knowledge globally, teaching in three different part of the world, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America.
