Caprice Knapp, PhD , is a health economist who is passionate about improving the health of America's children. She is research associate professor in the Department of Health Policy and Administration at The Pennsylvania State University in State College, PA, USA. Dr. Knapp has worked in government, policy, and academic arenas.
