This book focuses on both production and extraction aspects of Polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) for their commercialization purpose. PHAs have broad range of applications in packaging, food, agriculture and pharmaceutical industries. Until now literature reports have discussed either production strategies or extraction protocols.
