Flinkit is a poet who loves writing children s stories in prose. She grew up between India and the UK and attended a total of 18 schools in both countries, including boarding schools from the age of four. This exposure from such a young age, to a constantly changing environment and its people gave her a unique ability to observe and learn about different types of people and environments, in order to quickly adapt and fit in. She has raised two grown up sons as a single parent, and now has the time to devote to her third child writing. She enjoys living by the sea where she gets most of her inspiration for her works.

Gia is a very caring and clever giant. She wants to travel the world to explore our planet and see what s been going on. She gets quite a surprise though, because she sees there is a lot of sadness and suffering that the animals in all the continents are facing. So she is very concerned and wants to fix these problems. She comes up with a clever plan to make things better again, and in this story, we all get to join in, to help Gia save our planet!
