The real craft of the witch. Not pretty. Not polite.

From deconstructing the pillars of magic to imparting wisdom on the use of tools and elements, Between the Horns breaks down witchcraft practices and makes them more accessible, while inviting you to discover your own magical path.

Modern witches have been led astray from the common sense so desperately needed in the craft. Through books, music, and screens, the media has painted a quaint picture of folklore: pointy-eared simpletons singing and making merry or pint-sized winged fairies dressed in scraps. The witch hasn’t escaped this rebranding. Hollywood has clung to the trope of the evil, demonic hag—out to cause disruption and wreak havoc on unsuspecting townsfolk.

Elwynn Green removes these stigmas with a no-nonsense approach to practical magic from a traditional foundation:

• An in-depth look at heuristic witchcraft
• History and origins of the working
• A path from developmental awareness to complex energy workings
• Encouragement to face the self and break taboos
• Personal workings and spellcraft from Elwynn’s own practice
For many, witchcraft may only be a phase, but for those who wish to explore and expand their esoteric knowledge and practice, Between the Horns will lead you toward your full magical potential and help you build a more thoughtful, rewarding relationship with the liminal world.
