Jackie has also served as an instructor at the Minnesota Northland Technical College in the medical clerical and medical assistant programs. Jackie is employed by a large medical health system as a Senior Coder III and Reimbursement Specialist, specializing in multi-specialty coding and multi-payer denial review in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. She also serves as a trainer and mentor to the coders. Jackie performs audits for multi-specialties for private practice clinics in her area.
