One of the least appreciated aspects of coaching, teaching, and training is judging. We must judge grammar, squat depth, and behaviors in just a few sentences. It was estimated years ago that the average teacher makes 10,000 decisions EACH day.

It helps to have a way to decide. Of course, "decide" comes from the root, "to cut," The hard part of deciding or judging is knowing that some things need to be left behind...for at least a bit of time. The ABCF system is a fun and easy way to simplify the process, especially in the constantly growing and confusing fitness industry.

Let Dan take you through his simple system that expands in an exciting new way to look at movement in all of its variations and the level changes that expand on this idea further. In addition, we will look at a simple example, using the tools of geometry, to build a system with just about any tools and situations available.
