This volume comprises chapters from the proceedings of the UiTM International Conference on Mathematical Sciences 2024 (UICMS 2024), hosted by Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia, on October 1213, 2024. This book presents a comprehensive collection of contemporary research that highlights the breadth and depth of modern mathematical inquiry, ranging from foundational theory to computational techniques and real-world applications. The contributions reflect current advances in algebra, dynamical systems, numerical analysis, and stochastic processes, demonstrating how rigorous mathematical reasoning underpins the analysis of complex systems. By combining theoretical developments with computational and data-driven approaches, the book illustrates the evolving role of mathematics in addressing both abstract and practical challenges. A central theme of the book is mathematical modeling and computation as powerful tools for understanding uncertainty, dynamics, and structure in diverse domains. The chapters explore models arising in economics, energy systems, epidemiology, transportation engineering, biomedical science, education, and socio-cultural studies. Through stochastic modeling, time-series analysis, delay differential equations, and nonlocal partial differential equations, the book emphasizes how mathematical frameworks can effectively capture real-world behavior and support informed decision-making. Overall, this volume serves as a valuable reference for researchers, academics, and graduate students interested in applied and computational mathematics. It showcases interdisciplinary applications while maintaining strong mathematical rigor, and it underscores the relevance of mathematical methods in solving contemporary scientific, engineering, and societal problems. The book aims to foster cross-disciplinary collaboration and inspire further research at the intersection of theory, computation, and application.
