Shilpa Vij is a senior product manager for SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite. She started her professional journey at Tata Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd as a C++ developer. She received her bachelor's degree in electronics and communication engineering in 2007 and then worked towards being a business analyst, pursuing her passion for client interfacing and consultancy roles. Shilpa has spent a decade at SAP Labs India, where she has been a seasoned cloud engineering expert, program lead, product expert, and now works as a product manager.At SAP, she is dedicated to and contributes to product and customer success. Day-to-day, Shilpa works globally across industries with customers and integration experts for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and defining the product vision. She also works closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction. She provides enablement sessions and expert-level workshops in the areas of SAP Integration Suite. Currently, her area of interest lies in discovering and projecting product management as an art. She is a co-author of SAP API Management from SAP PRESS.
