Shatrakov Y.G. is Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Honored Worker of Science of Russia, Laureate of State Prizes and full member of the Russian Academy of Technological Sciences. He has been working in the field of "Air Navigation" since 1963 in the following directions: ground and airborne radionavigation systems, instrumental landing, secondary radar, air traffic control systems and training and modeling complexes. Filin A.D. is Doctor of Technical Sciences, Chief Designer of training and modeling complexes for the training of air traffic controllers and civil aviation control officers in Russia. He is Professor of the Department of the University of Aerospace Instrumentation.
