Ann M. Ordway, JD, PhD, is the program director for the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, an international, multidisciplinary professional organization dedicated to the resolution of family conflict. Dr. Ordway has a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. Dr. Ordway has been a professor in graduate-level counselor education programs for more than 12 years. Her scholarship is focused on ethics and on increasing the preparedness of counselors taking on court-involved roles or being subpoenaed for court proceedings involving their clients. She has published and presented nationally and internationally on related topics.
