Chris also leads the Organisational Behaviour & Human Resources Department. Her research centres around sustainability in the workplace. Having begun her teaching career over 25 years ago in Key Stages 1 & 2, she is a multi-award-winning educator and Qualified Teacher (QTS), Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), and a Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE). Externally, Chris is an Examiner, Moderator and Validator, levels 1 - 8. She is also a Trustee and Member of the People and Nominations Committee for The Royal College Occupational Therapists.
