Thomas L. Vincent is Professor Emeritus with the Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Arizona. His main research interests are in the area of Nonlinear Control System Design, Optimal Control and Game Theory, and Evolution and Adaptation of Biological Systems.
