Klappentext

From bestselling author, chef, and rapper Action Bronson, Fck It, I'll Start Tomorrow* is a candid, unfiltered memoir that blends personal storytelling with hard-earned lessons on health, confidence, and self-acceptance.

Bronson traces his journey from Queens kid to cult celebrity, confronting struggles with weight, food addiction, and identity along the way. Told in his signature voice-funny, confrontational, and unexpectedly reflective-the book captures the turning points that forced him to rethink how he lives, eats, and takes care of himself.

This is not a conventional diet book or transformation narrative. Instead of offering a rigid roadmap, Bronson focuses on mindset: building confidence, managing negative energy, and finding a sustainable way to feel good in your own body. The result is personal rather than prescriptive-less about perfection, more about persistence.

Blending memoir, lifestyle reflection, and raw humor, Fck It, I'll Start Tomorrow* speaks to anyone who has ever struggled to "start tomorrow"-and is ready to reconsider what change, health, and self-worth really look like. Featuring color photographs throughout, the book captures both the public persona and the personal moments behind Bronson's story.
