He has been teaching postgraduate anaesthesia and intensive care medicine for ten years, and has previously published Practice Single Best Answer Questions for the Final FRCA (Cambridge, 2012). Michael Clarke is a Consultant in Anaesthesia and Pain Management for the Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. He has previously co-edited Practice Single Best Answers for the Final FRCA (Cambridge, 2012), as well as contributing questions to this and other exam preparation resources.Hussein Khambalia is a Surgical Registrar in the North West Deanery. He is a transplant trainee, specialising in kidney and pancreas transplantation, multi-organ retrieval and vascular access surgery. He has demonstrated anatomy at Guys Hospital, Kings College Hospital and St Thomas' Medical School and is currently also an Honorary Lecturer at the University of Manchester.
