In 2024, after experiencing a difficult breakup that shook my sense of self, I decided to follow my father's wise advice and begin therapy. That decision marked the start of a transformative journey-one that allowed me to face my pain, question my beliefs, and slowly rebuild from within. It was during this process that I rediscovered something powerful and life-changing: I truly do love myself. This realization not only restored my inner strength but also deepened my love for God, my compassion for humanity, and my appreciation for the beauty of life itself.

Through continued reading in faith, history, and philosophy, combined with moments of deep, honest reflection, I began to see patterns and truths that felt too important to keep to myself. This book is my attempt to share them-a collection of personal thoughts, lessons, and experiences born from healing, growth, and a desire to understand a world that often feels fractured.
