Philip Hopkins MBBS, MD, FRCA, holds the post of Professor of Anaesthesia at the University of Leeds, based at St James's Hospital. He is an Honorary Consultant Anaesthetist to the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Director of the UK Malignant Hyperthermia Investigation Unit, also based at St James's.

Dr Lamperti has been invited to speak at international and national conferences, presenting his research in anaesthesia and critical care. He also serves as a peer reviewer of many internationally indexed journals in anesthesiology, critical care, and neurosurgery. Dr Clara A. Lobo is a Staff Physician in the Anaesthesia Division, part of the Integrated Hospital Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, UAE. With over two decades of experience in anaesthesiology, she has dedicated her career to advancing regional anaesthesia and pain medicine. She is the current Chair of the ESRA Webinar Committee and Editor of ESRA Updates. A former President of CAR/ESRA Portugal, Dr Lobo has served in multiple leadership roles within the European Society of Regional Anaesthesia and Pain Therapy (ESRA), including Secretary General from 2019 to 2023.

In recognition of her educational impact, she was honoured with the 2023 ESRA Award for Recognition of Education in Regional Anaesthesia. Dr Lobo is also an invited professor at Porto University (in Instituto de Ciências Biomédicas Abel Salazar) and the author of numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. Her professional interests also include digital health and the application of artificial intelligence in perioperative care. She loves music, reading and traveling.
