Benchmarking is considered a must for modern management. This book presents an approach to benchmarking that has a solid mathematical basis and is easy to understand and apply. Furthermore, it presents different methods from decision making and voting and their application to benchmarking. Finally, it discusses suitable features for different benchmarking objects.
