He served as Managing Director and Senior Vice President at the World Bank Group, and Minister of Investment in Egypt from 2004 to 2010.

  Hanan Amin-Salem is a Managing Director and Global Head of Sovereign Advisory at Citi. She served as First Deputy Minister of Finance in Egypt during 2014-2016. Previously in her career, she worked at JPMorgan as a sovereign advisor as well as at Moody's Investors Service, where she held the role of Senior Analyst in the sovereign rating team.
