Julie Fedor is Senior Lecturer in Modern European History at the University of Melbourne. Andreas Umland is a Senior Expert at the Ukrainian Institute for the Future in Kyiv and Research Fellow at the Stockholm Centre for Eastern European Studies (SCEEUS) of the Swedish Institute of International Affairs (UI). Previously, he was a Senior Nonresident Fellow at the Center for European Security of the Institute of International Relations Prague. Dr. Umland is also a lecturer in political science at Kyiv Mohyla Academy.
