WHO does GOD use to advance His Kingdom? More often than not, it is through the most unlikely of individuals, or, in this case, two political nemeses: U.S. Senators Locke and Paine. With the city of Washington surrounded by an unforeseen enemy, the duo must draft a plan in order to save what few civilians remain. Moral theses are questioned, critical decisions must be made, and dire consequences are faced as the enemy draws ever closer.
