Dr. G. Rajakumar, Controller of Examination, Professor in Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering in Francis Xavier Engineering College, Tirunelveli. He has 14.5 years of experience. He received his B.E (Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering) in National Engineering College, Kovilpatti under M.S University Tirunelveli, 2004, M.E (VLSI Design) in Arulmigu Kalasalingam College of Engineering in Srivilliputhur under Anna University, Chennai, 2006, M.B.A (Human Resource Management) under Annamalai University, 2009, Ph.D in Information and Communication Engineering with the specialization in VLSI Design under M.S University 2014, Postdoctoral Fellow in VLSI Design under Delhi Technological University, Delhi, 2016 and Honorary and Doctor of Letters (D.Litt.) in Information and Communication Engineering under University of South America, USA 2017. He has published 4 patents and 5 International Engineering Books. He has published more than 30 international/national journals. He actively participated in more than 17 international conference, 31 national conferences. Ke-Lin Du received the Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 1998. He was one Research Staff at Concordia University, from 2001 to 2010. Prior to 2001, he was with Huawei Technologies, China Academy of Telecommunication Technology and Chinese University of Hong Kong. He visited Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2008. He founded Xonlink Inc. in 2014. Dr. Du has authored four books (Neural Networks in a Softcomputing Framework, Springer, 2006; Wireless Communication Systems, Cambridge University Press, 2010; Neural Networks and Statistical Learning, Springer, 2014 and 2019; Search and Optimization by Metaheuristics, Springer, 2016). He has published 50+ papers, and has 4 issued US patents. Currently, his research interests include signal processing and machine learning. Dr. Du has become a Senior Member of the IEEE since 2009. Chandrasekar Vuppalapati is a Software IT Executive with diverse experience in Software Technologies, Enterprise Software Architectures, Cloud Computing, Big Data Business Analytics, Internet of Things (IoT) and Software Product and Program Management. Chandra held Engineering and Product leadership roles at GE Healthcare, Cisco Systems, Samsung, Deloitte, St. Jude Medical and Lucent Technologies, Bell Laboratories Company. Chandra teaches Software Engineering, Mobile Computing, Cloud Technologies and Web and Data Mining for Master's program in San Jose State University. Additionally, Chandra held market research, strategy and technology architecture Advisory Roles in Cisco Systems, Lam Research and performed Principal Investigator role for Valley School of Nursing where he connected Nursing Educators and Students with Virtual Reality Technologies. Chandra has functioned as Chair in numerous technology and advanced computing conferences such as: IEEE Oxford, UK, IEEE Big Data Services 2017, San Francisco, USA, and Future of Information and Communication Conference 2018, Singapore. Chandra graduated from San Jose State University Master's Program, specializing in Software Engineering, and completed his Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, California, USA. Grigorios N. Beligiannis was born in Athens, Greece, in 1974. He graduated from the Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics of the University of Patras in 1997. He finished his postgraduate studies in "Computer and Information Technology" in 2000 and his doctoral dissertation in 2002 at the same time department. In 2007, he was elected to the lecturer's degree with knowledge area "Management Information Systems". In 2011, he has evolved at the rank of Assistant Professor, in 2016, at the rank of Associate Professor and in 2020, at the rank of Professor with subject "Intelligent Information Systems". He has 42 published research papers in international scientific journals, 45 published papers in scientific conferences and 3 chapters in edited book series. He is Associate Editor of International Journal of Artificial, Intelligence and Member of the Editorial Board of Applied Soft Computing, Helyion, International Journal of Intelligent Information Systems and Artificial Intelligence Research.
