With 17+ years of academic and administrative experience, I currently serve as Professor of Finance at Chandigarh University, with global academic exposure in South Africa and Poland. Dr. Ewelina Idziak is an accomplished scholar in Economics and Finance, serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Law and Economics at Kazimierz Wielki University, Poland. With over 20 years of robust experience in the banking sector, including 14 years as Regional Director in the Corporate Clients Department, she brings extensive expertise to academia and practice. Her international consulting experience spans global time zones, making her a sought-after advisor.Dr. Idziak is a financial expert for the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and serves as an expert witness for the court. Dr. Attila Kurucz is the Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Corporate Leadership and Marketing at Széchenyi István University. He completed his PhD thesis on the performance model for SMEs at the University of West-Hungary. He holds degrees in business informatics and other certifications in accountancy and is a business trainer and coach. He is a highly successful process management expert and agile business coach in the business world. Throughout his career, he has had a strong focus on business operations, and to this day he researches and supports the improvement of organizational performance both as a trainer and as a practicing consultant. He currently teaches courses in business economics and process management at Széchenyi István University. His research interests include lean and agile transformation, fintech, entrepreneurship, sustainability, agile methodologies, and digitalization.
