FIONA KUMARI CAMPBELL is Senior Lecturer in Disability Studies, School of Human Services& Social Work, Griffith University, Australia and Adjunct Professor in Disability Studies, Faculty of Medicine, University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, and a person with disability.
