This book constitutes the proceedings of the Third International Conference on Digital Transformation in Education and Artificial Intelligence Applications, MoStart 2025, held in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, during April 23-25, 2025. The 19 full papers were presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 39 submissions.
