Beschreibung

"Why do some people succeed at change while others fail? It's the way they think! Liminal thinking is a way to create change by understanding, shaping, and reframing beliefs. What beliefs are stopping you right now?

You have a choice. You can create the world you want to live in, or live in a world created by others. If you are ready to start making changes, read this book."

Autorentext

DAVE GRAY is a leader and manager with a background in design. He has worked with many of the world's largest companies, as well as mid-sized businesses, start-ups, executives, and individuals. He is the founder of XPLANE, a strategic design consultancy, and co-founder of Boardthing, a collaboration platform for distributed teams. He has written two previous books on design, change, and innovation: Gamestorming: A Playbook for Innovators, Rule-Breakers, and Changemakers and The Connected Company. His area of focus is the human element of change and innovation, specifically:

  • What makes people embrace new ideas, especially when it involves changing deeply embedded habits and behaviors?
  • How can you take plans, ideas, and strategies-things that sound like good ideas-and bring them to life, in the real world?
